Shipping Policy

We’re committed to getting your Nouri products to you safely and quickly. All orders are carefully packed and shipped with love from our fulfillment center in the U.S.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipping. During high-volume periods (product launches, sales, or holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

U.S. Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Calculated at checkout

International Shipping:
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and rates vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Nouri is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by carrier errors, incorrect addresses, or customs delays. If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier first. We’re happy to help investigate if needed.

Important Notes

  • We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order — we are not responsible for shipments sent to the wrong address.
