We hope you love your Nouri products. Each item is carefully crafted with intention, quality ingredients, and care. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened items.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 2 days of delivery. To be qualify:

  • The item must be in its original packaging and condition

  • You must contact us at nouri@nourila.com with your order number and reason for return

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will happily send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Custom bundles or limited-edition kits
